Indeed, I remember that there were a few issues. Those figures I quoted were from an alternative caterer named "Blue Sky" which our local admin staff recommended. Having said that, since we held the Spring Conference I've been involved in the OpenAFS conference in Edinburgh and the uni caterer "Edinburgh First" were very good. There are something like 5 different caterers we can choose from, I'll try to get quotes from 3 of them (one of them I definitely won't bother with as I know they are very expensive).
