I am writing from Marketing Edinburgh Convention Bureau. We work closely with associations and professional staff in Scotland and the UK to provide support in bringing events to the city.
I wanted to drop you a quick email as I noticed that the 5th International Conference on LDAPCon 2015 is taking place in Edinburgh. I would imagine that things are already well underway for the organisation
of this event, but for reference you may wish to know that Marketing Edinburgh Convention Bureau offers free services to organisers in the city. Full details of all our services can be seen

We do also have a new service that you may be interested in for your delegates – our Delegate Rewards Card.
Edinburgh Rewards Card
Introduced in June 2014 our new delegate rewards programme gives your conference delegates a wide variety of offers and value added rewards at over 90 (and growing in number every day) bars, restaurants and retail outlets. Offers include
anything from 25% off your food and bar bill to a free cocktail on arrival. Delegates will receive the card along with a free to download app to guide them to the many offers open to them. This card is given
free of charge. We will supply a ‘click button’ for your conference website, a card and explanatory leaflet for each delegate and pop up stand to advertise use of the card for your registration area.

Alternatively, we would be happy to provide welcome to Edinburgh leaflets, maps of Edinburgh and/or What’s On Guides, free of charge. Should this be of interest please do not hesitate to contact me.
We do also collect statistics on behalf of the city regarding meetings in Edinburgh and submits this in a report to the International Congress and Convention Association (www.iccaworld.com) which holds a database of international
events.
Before submitting information on your conference I wanted to check that you would be happy for me to do so. We only pass on the name of event, dates, estimated delegate numbers, previous locations and website. If you do not wish information
on your event to be included then please just email me by the 14 April 2015.
I also wonder if it would be possible for you to let us know where the next conference will take place and confirm the estimate number of delegates.
