Good news for me, my employer will be picking up the cost of travel & accommodation.

However, I'm concerned about your lack of reply to my emails below, have you secured the funding you need to actually run this event or is it at risk of being cancelled at the last minute?  When were you planning on telling speakers what date & time they are due to talk?
