[Fim4l] Second mailing list for FIM4L

Dear all,

Since our list has been growing and since the members of this list might have different interests in FIM4L, we decided to create yet another list called fim4l-announce, for more general and political postings, and to use the current list only for the technical discussion. We would like to ask you to decide, whether to join the new list (at https://lists.daasi.de/listinfo/fim4l-announce) and whether you want to leave this list. Every one is most welcome to be in both lists.
