[Fim4l] Model License Agreement Call for Comments

Model License Agreement has been prepared by Seamless Access to assist information professionals who offer or acquire digital content in a library. The intent of the document is to present a sound and realistic template of the key issues involved in negotiating a license to acquire or use digital content, specifically as it relates to the world of Federated Authentication & Authorization. New REFEDS entity categories are involved here for optimal attributes release. Comments may be left until end of March -
