Hi everyone,

I've been lurking on this list for a while and have been meaning to introduce myself all semester. I thought I'd follow Lisa's strong lead an take an opportunity to follow suit. Here's a brief bio; you're welcome to publish my info to your website:

John Felts is currently the Head of Library Technology and Systems at Coastal Carolina University. He has worked in library technology for 30 years and is a former patent holder and co-founder of Journal Finder, the first OpenURL Resolver and knowledge base to go into production in the United States. Throughout his career, John has focused on identifying and implementing innovative uses of technology in the provision of library services, acts as a consultant for commercial information content providers that serve the library community, and actively presents on issues involving library technology. He is currently a member of the Coalition for Seamless Access (RA21).

I've enjoyed the exchanges and information shared to date and looking forward to having the opportunity to participate. Happy Holidays in advance!

Best regards,
John
