[Fim4l] Fwd: InCites now requires users to supply email address and create a new set of credentials

Hi Davide,

great, I slightly edited the text to change the original GARR perspective
to FIM4L one.

I'd suggest to address the letter to following Clarivate representatives:
josef.jilek at clarivate.com
eniko.szasz at clarivate.com
heidi.muller at clarivate.com
