Hi Jos,
let me clarify:
Use institutional identity for personalisation avoiding another user sign
in.
is solving the problem described by Davide:
Clarivate's InCites introduced a registration flow after a successful
institutional login. Users are compelled to register an email address and
to set an additional password in order to access InCites, despite the
institutional login being successful.
When institutional identity is used for personalisation users don't need to
register and set up additional password. Institutional pseudonymous
identifier should be used for personalised access. I believe there is no
need to require user e-mail address in InCites.
